Astro Exterminating offers two termite warranty options: a Re-Treatment Warranty and a Repair Warranty. The Re-Treatment Warranty covers additional termite treatments if live termites return. The Repair Warranty provides both re-treatment services and repair coverage for damages caused by live termites found at the time of inspection, subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty agreement.

Re-Treatment Warranty
Our Re-Treatment Warranty provides ongoing protection against active termite infestations.
If live termites are discovered during the warranty period, Astro Exterminating will perform additional termite treatments to the affected area at no additional charge to the customer.
This warranty covers the cost of re-treating the infested area only. It does not provide coverage for repairs to structural or cosmetic damage caused by termites.
Coverage Includes:
- Additional treatment of areas where live termites are found.
- Professional inspection and evaluation of the infestation.
- No charge for covered re-treatment services during the warranty period.
Coverage Does Not Include:
- Repair of termite damage.
- Replacement of wood, flooring, drywall, or other building materials.
- Damage that existed prior to treatment.
Repair Warranty
Our Repair Warranty offers our highest level of protection by combining re-treatment services with repair coverage.
If live termites are discovered during the warranty period, Astro Exterminating will:
- Re-treat the infested area at no additional charge.
- Repair covered damages caused by the live termites found at the time of inspection, subject to the terms and limits of the warranty agreement.
This warranty is designed to provide homeowners with added peace of mind, knowing that both the infestation and covered resulting damage will be addressed.
Coverage Includes:
- Re-treatment of active termite infestations.
- Repair of covered termite damage caused by live termites found during inspection.
- Professional inspection and evaluation by trained termite specialists.
Coverage Does Not Include:
- Damage existing before the warranty became effective.
- Damage caused by moisture, fungi, rot, or other wood-destroying organisms.
- Damage not associated with live termites found at the time of inspection.
- Any exclusions or limitations outlined in the warranty agreement.

In the industry, there are two primary types of termite warranties:
- Re-treatment warranties - Should termites return after an initial treatment, this type covers future treatment services. However, it does not cover any damages caused by the termites.
