I’ve used Astro for 30 years. They are good at pest control, that’s why most people choose them. However, the staff are hands down the most courteous and friendly. Just yesterday my technician saw a package on my front porch as he sprayed around the house. He has seen me numerous times over the past year and realizes I have limited mobility issues. He saw I was looking out my kitchen door window waiting on DoorDash. He waved and went back to my porch and brought the package to me. For me that was a blessing because I would have had to get a neighbor to get it for me. Such a nice person to do that when he didn’t have to.

He always updates me on when he is arriving, when he leaves, and that he has secured the gate in our backyard where our pups play. Debbie the receptionist was always very responsive, patient with our many questions, and accommodating with our pest control requests. Brian the technician came out each time to help us with the spray as we prepared for a backyard wedding. I was super impressed by how considerate he was of our health concerns, especially for our children, and yet went above and beyond to help us with bug protection for our wedding.
